Profile
• Technical training or commercial training with technical interest (university, FH, HTL or FS: Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Mechanics)
• Professional experience in the field of electrical engineering or purchasing
• Good written and spoken knowledge of English
• Organized and structured way of working
• Negotiating skills, cultivated appearance and confident manner
Tasks
• Evaluation and optimization of existing purchasing processes
• Product- & needs analysis using our own EPR system, processing of inquiries, handling of the ordering process for internal production orders and external procurement, control and release of order confirmations
• Processing of complaints
• Maintenance of existing supplier relations and development of new ones
• Global product sourcing & determination of possible suppliers
• Development of cost reduction potentials
• Calculation and pricing
• Continuous optimization of purchase prices as well as delivery and payment conditions
