In addition to brilliantly uniform illumination, the innovative lens technology of the supplementary emergency luminaire also enables asymmetrical light distribution. Combined with LEDs of the latest generation, escape routes can be illuminated more efficiently and uniformly than ever before with the STRING series.

Choose the transparent glass frame of STRING 1 or the approx. 2 mm thin frame of STRING 2 in white or your desired colour – both carry the DNA of the STRING series.

The STRING 1 is now even more efficient and available with light emission or as a ceiling mount with adjustable LED.

More efficient illumination

The new STRING 1 requires only half the energy. For a 100 m escape route, this means only 12.5 watts instead of 23.1 watts and 1 light point can be saved.

Integrated light emission

Escape sign and safety light in one - the Fresnel lens technology ensures efficient and uniform lighting of the escape route.

Crystal clear frame

The transparent glass edge remains a design feature of this luminaire series for continued optimal integration into existing architecture.

STRING 2

Have you already grown fond of the STRING 2? The straight-lined design and the discreet frame in your desired colour remain the main features of the STRING 2, along with the efficient lighting technology. The optimised illumination and the combination of emergency sign and emergency luminaire mean large luminaire spacing.

With the adjustable LED, you can direct the light exactly where you need it in your project: to a first aid point, for a corridor, a stairwell or many other possible applications.

Thanks to the extremely unobtrusive design with transparent glass frame, the luminaire fits visually into any architectural environment.

Regardless of whether you choose STRING 1 or STRING 2 – with the adjustable LED you can easily adapt the illumination characteristic to the respective escape route requirement.

Thanks to the linear design and the frame in your desired colour, the luminaire series can be integrated into any architectural concept.

Double safety

Unique STRING plug-in system

The patented pin system of the STRING series enables easy mounting and provides double safety through two snap-in points. The luminaire housing and the lens are connected without tools via the plug-in system. Both the mechanical and electrical contacts are made via the pins.

The light panels can thus be completed quickly, easily and cleanly – shortly before the object is handed over to the operator – and you save time.

SAFETY LIGHTING FOR MANY APPLICATIONS

The spots of the STRING series are versatile: for high rooms, the illumination of corridors or anti-panic areas.

No problem! Our STRING luminaire series can also be realised with FSU technology (escape route scenario switching).

This means you can cover not only evacuation scenarios such as fire or power failure, but many more such as multiple use, rampages and bomb threats. In this way, you increase the safety in your building and even save lives in an emergency.
