Within the scope of this project, the renovation of the exhibition area posed a particular challenge, as the room in this historic fortress has very limited capacity.

The challenge
What can be found in our standard portfolio today was still a unique challenge for this museum in Vorarlberg. In order to do justice to the overall architectural concept, the architects asked for emergency signs that were flush with the wall and completely rimless.
A wonderful idea and at the same time an attractive challenge for us.
The solution
In order to ensure flush mounting, a concrete recess was made in the wall into which the housing of the emergency sign, including the electronics, could be integrated. The housing was made of aluminium and installed in a 10 cm recess. The rimless emergency sign was fixed in place using a magnetic holder.
This turned a special requirement into a popular solution without having to compromise on design. Proven technology and well thought-out design make it possible to create a standard product from customised solutions.
