Imagine…A company has a supplier entrance that is marked as an emergency exit during business hours. Outside business hours it is blocked and not passable – the escape route is blocked.
If a power cut occurs outside normal business hours, the emergency lighting is activated. However, the supplier access remains locked, so it continues to be designated as ‘access denied’.
