Bastione in Riva del Garda

The Bastione in Riva del Garda is an impressive historical landmark offering breathtaking views of northern Lake Garda. The panoramic lift connects the old town of Riva del Garda with the Venetian fortress, improving access to one of the highlights of the Trentino landscape.

Lighting is an important part of the project, as it connects the architecture with the surrounding landscape. To ensure safety and functionality even in the event of power failures, luminaires from the TUBE 264 product family were integrated directly into the handrail of the footpath. The emergency luminaires are powered by decentralised 24 V SU NET group battery systems. The chosen solution meets the normative and aesthetic requirements for infrastructure in a listed environment.

The luminaires combine general lighting and emergency lighting in a single solution, achieving not only maximum safety but also a flexible and optimal lighting solution. Thanks to highly efficient LED technology, a high IP66 protection rating and IK07 impact resistance, the TUBE 264 ensures reliable solution even under difficult environmental conditions.
