Sidera, a place of secure well-being

Headquarters CIA Conad, Forlì

The Sidera extends horizontally over 100 metres and rises 33 metres above a base approximately 3 metres high. It was designed for maximum flexibility and dispenses with the open-plan concept in favour of single or two-person offices, with each of the six departments housed on its own floor.

The large internal staircases, characterised by diagonal cuts, represent the element of rupture and allow the building to be perceived in its verticality. Around them, balconies with seating areas create spaces for lingering and socialising. The design decisions, which are based on the principles of neuroarchitecture, aim to define the ideal workspace. The sober overall appearance of the building reflects the seriousness and pragmatism of the company.

PERFECT INTEGRATION OF DESIGN AND FUNCTIONALITY

In collaboration with architects and planners, lighting solutions were developed to minimise the visual impact while ensuring the highest safety standards. This approach led to the creation of customised luminaires that were installed in radiant ceilings or special housings, safety luminaires with special colouring and INvisible emergency signs. The result is a technologically advanced system that blends into the architecture without compromising aesthetics.
