Neuburger – never say Leberkäse to him” is one of the best-known advertising slogans for the delicious Leberkäse that has been produced in Ulrichsberg in Upper Austria for decades. However, the owners of Neuburge and pioneers of mushroom cultivation – Thomas and Hermann Neuburger – have been working on an innovative meat alternative for several years and have developed the Bio Funghi Pad. The new slogan is “Goodbye Fake. Hello Funghi.” Additional production halls have been built in Ulrichsberg, Upper Austria, so that the fine vegetarian organic product can end up on our plates.
The special thing about this project was the requirements of the strictly supervised, very sensitive mushroom cultivation: Sometimes the halls have to be cleaned daily with a steam jet, and so the emergency lighting also has to withstand the water jet and cleaning agent. The INDUSTRY E35 has a V4A stainless steel housing with a PMMA lens and scores points for these requirements thanks to its high IP65 protection rating. A special version (internal pictogram) of the INDUSTRY RL80 with protection class IP68 was used for particularly sensitive areas.
