Hotel Bellacorte

Right in the historic centre of Parma, the 19th century building has been carefully renovated and converted into exclusive accommodation. The architectural character of the original building was retained: Load-bearing wall structures were preserved, historical building layers were made visible and at the same time the interior of the building was completely modernised.

There are ten individually designed flats on three floors. High-quality materials such as natural wood and fine fabrics emphasise the timeless design concept. The green inner courtyard terrace on the ground floor is a place of tranquillity in the middle of the city, surrounded by vertical gardens.

Reliable emergency lighting for modern architecture

Even technically, nothing has been left to chance: The modern and energy-efficient, decentralised SU NET group battery system is used for maximum safety. The escape routes are clearly marked throughout the building with luminaires from the BASIC E-SIGN range. The compact construction and minimalist design blend unobtrusively into the high-quality interior architecture.

For both indoor and outdoor use, CONCEPT luminaires provide reliable illumination in any situation. They not only offer homogeneous illumination and high light output, but also impress with their versatility during installation.
