Our ESF30 systems have been the reliable solution for enhanced functional integrity in the event of fire for several years. We are now proud to announce that our SU 6(P) ESF30 systems have successfully received Z-86.2-121 approval from the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) for the German market. The subject of this approval is electrical distribution boards for safety lighting systems that guarantee a functional integrity of 30 minutes in the event of fire. The receipt of this approval confirms the usability and applicability of our systems in accordance with the requirements of the state building regulations.

The MLAR 2015 (German guidelines on pipe installations) sets out clear requirements for distributors of electrical wiring systems with functional integrity. According to point 5.2.2 b, one way to fulfil these requirements is to separate distribution boards with an enclosure that ensures the functional integrity of the electrical installations for the required duration in the event of a fire. The Z-86.2-121 approval that has now been granted proves that our systems fully fulfil these requirements.

This underlines our determination to guarantee the highest quality and safety standards and to offer reliable solutions that comply with the applicable building regulations.
