Modern working with a sophisticated emergency lighting solution
With the Posthus Egg in the Bregenzerwald, a modern office and residential complex was created in Vorarlberg that not only impresses with its appealing and clear architecture but also fulfils the highest requirements in terms of safety and functionality. The building combines flexible working environments with sustainable construction and state-of-the-art technology – a challenge that was also set for the emergency lighting.
A combination of CONCEPT 2, STRING series, TUBE-264 and eco spots was chosen to optimise the emergency lighting solution throughout the building.
The STRING 1 and STRING 2 luminaires fit seamlessly into the architectural concept of a building complex in which straight lines and appearance play a central role. The design allows them to be discreetly integrated into the spatial surroundings, while their powerful LED technology ensures reliable illumination.
The CONCEPT 2 luminaires were used where the focus was on functionality and flexible application options were required. Thanks to the different mounting options, this all-rounder luminaire series fulfils the technical building requirements and saves time when time is short.
Flexibility, durability and efficiency take centre stage with the emergency lights. The compact STRING 1 eco spots and the TUBE-264 were placed primarily in corridors and stairwells to ensure optimum escape route illumination. Their high energy efficiency contributes to sustainable building technology.
