Safety for the audience and stage

Salzburg Festival Hall

The Salzburg Festival Hall was opened in 1960 as an important opera house and concert hall and is one of Austria’s most important cultural buildings. It is located in the old town of Salzburg on the foot of the Mönchsberg and is partly built directly into the rock. The architecture is considered an outstanding example of contemporary theatre design and combines functional design with an impressive spatial effect.

Architecture and security perfectly combined

The emergency lighting concept was planned so that the emergency lighting blends clearly and discreetly into the architecture. The STRING ARC emergency sign offers a suitable solution for this. Thanks to its flush, frameless installation in the wall, it blends seamlessly into its environment and supports the clear design line of the architecture.

CONCEPT 2

“Simply safe” meets the requirement of many operators, while installers demand a product that is “safely simple” and does not allow any installation errors. The CONCEPT 2 is an easy-to-install allrounder luminaire series that meets these requirements and saves time where time is scarce.

STRING INvisible

To put the architecture in the foreground, emergency lighting should be invisible. STRING 1 INvisible and STRING 2 INvisible escape route luminaires with ultra-slim frames are the perfect solution for architecturally demanding buildings.
