Exploiting synergies. Unique educational experiment in East Tyrol
A unique educational project unites technical college, vocational schools, polytechnic, university and research on the Campus Technik Lienz under one roof.
Synergies between the individual educational institutions are being sought, which are to be expressed by shared premises and a joint “campus“. For this reason also several emergency lighting series from din company have been used. During events one section is blocked, therefore an escape sign with a cross is also applied. All the other premises were realised with the extremely energy-efficient CONCEPT luminaire series.
The emergency lighting in the outdoor area is also special, which was realized with the TUBE handrail light, which at night provides the necessary feature for an impressive representation in the heart of Lienz.
The architect duo Hemma Fasch and Jakob Fuchs can be congratulated on this extremely appealing and well thought out building.
